F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and LOWELL T. POLK, JR.; SANDY M. POLK; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am on May 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 12, UNIT NO. 1, FORT MYERS SHORES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGES 151 THROUGH 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
