Charlie Green as The Clerk of The Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com , at 9:00 am on April 23 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK 2, UNIT 1, LEHIGH PARK, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
