NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-053203, DIVISION: L, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2007-HE1 is Plaintiff, and DARLENE A. BLALOCK, JAMES C. BLALOCK III AND MORGAN STANLEYMORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 23rd day of April, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
