NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed March 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-053941, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein gmac mortgage, llc is Plaintiff, and wasim arain and shehla arain are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 25 day of April, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
