NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 23 day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-051256, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS SORENSEN, WACHOVIA BANK, N.A, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE N/K/A SCOTT MCGRAW and JENNIFER SORENSEN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 & 12, BLOCK 625, UNIT 21, OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, Page 149 TO 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
