YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Condominium Association assessment Claim of Lien on the following property owned by you and located in Lee County, Florida:
The certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 8 and an individual 1/9 share in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, condition, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of PLAZA 47, a Condominium as recorded in OR Book 1146, pages 1692 thru 1732.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jason R, Himschoot, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2030 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33901 on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published one time per week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
