Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 28 day of March, 2012, and entered in case No. 11-CC-007089 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LINDA SUE BOYD is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Condo Unit 7, in SOUTH BROADMOOR CONDOMINIUM, a condominium building, all as set out in the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits annexed thereto, as recorded in O.R. Book 556, Page 56, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
