NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 14, 2010, and an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale filed March 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-051257 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, Plaintiff, and TY CHRISTOPHER FERUS SR., PAMELA JEANNE FERUS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on Lee County's Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 19th day of APRIL, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 35 FEET OF LOT 5 AND THE WEST 49 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 9, PALMLEE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
