NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure filed March 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-055427 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 14 day of May, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 19, block 127, replat of east part of tract f, unit 12, lehigh acres, section 11, township 44 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 26, page 105, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
