Lots 11 and 12, Block 74, Unit 7, Lehigh Acres, Section 12, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, according to the plat or map thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 98, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
