Alternative Loan Trust, 2006-OA16, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA16 is the Plaintiff and, Charlotte M. Harff and Unknown Tenants/Owners, et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on May 21, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOTS 26, 27 AND 28, BLOCK 1398, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96-120 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
