NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41 2011 CA 000185 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and James C. Perez, his successor or successors as Trustee(s) of The James C. Perez Trust, under agreement dated the 19th of September, 2002, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 11th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 89, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE A, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 160, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7531 Camden Harbour Drive, Bradenton, FL 34212.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
