NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 412009CA010698XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006 OA8 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 OA8 is Plaintiff and JOHN J. MCNAUGHT; JEANETTE M. MCNAUGHT; BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, AS CUSTODIAN; FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORPORATION; NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. BEGIN 15 FEET EAST OF A CONCRETE MONUMENT WITH AN IRON CENTER, SAID MONUMENT BEING 24 RODS WEST (396 FEET) AND 240 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN SOUTH 25.0 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 85.0 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 266.0 FEET TO POINT ON NORTH LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 35 FEET MORE OR LESS TO MEAN HIGH WATER LINE OF MANATEE RIVER; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE MEAN HIGH WATER LINE OF MANATEE RIVER 100 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; THENCE RUN SOUTH 40 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 240.0 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE IN PAVEMENT; THENCE EAST 15.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
