FONTECHA; LYNORE FONTECHA A/K/A LYNORA FONTECHA; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; THE PALMS OF CORTEZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 15th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING NO. 11, UNIT NO. 20, THE PALMS OF CORTEZ, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JULY 14, 2005 IN O.R. BOOK 2038, PAGES 5178 THROUGH 5309, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 2041, PAGE 6955, TOGETHER WITH ALL OTHER EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
