NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-008956 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005- 17 is the Plaintiff and SANTOS TYANNY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, USA; THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 15th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
