SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CROSSLAND MORTGAGE CORP. (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and PATRICK T. FAULKNER; LORI ANN FAULKNER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 15th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
