YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a foreclosure action has been filed against you by Plaintiff, LNV CORPORATION, a Nevada corporation, seeking to foreclose a mortgage-lien interest in the real property more particularly described as:
Lot 18, Block E, Whitfield Industrial Park, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 46, of the Public Records of Manatee Country, Florida
Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to Stephanie M. Martin, Esq., Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 101 E. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 4000 Tampa, Florida 33602, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
