Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 005070 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and , BRENDA VANGENNEP; and MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of May, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4061, MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1090, PAGE 3559 THROUGH 3599, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16, PAGES 179 THROUGH 183, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
