NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 013289 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC., is the Plaintiff and Jose A. Hernandez; Vilma Resinos De Hernandez; North Oaks Estates Community Association, Inc. ; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., As Nominee For Centric Mortgage, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 29, 2012 on the following described property set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK A, NORTH OAKS ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 137 THROUGH 143, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A person claiming A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
