NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale Scheduled March 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002578 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and WILBURN MEADE A/K/A WILBURN N. MEADE, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 59 and 60, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 28, of Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
