NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale dated March 21, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-012728 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, where in the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on APRIL 26, 2012 at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 1797, 37th Addition to PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, at Page 4, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
