NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 017239 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MARK MARCUS A/K/A MARK LEON MARCUS; SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARY MARCUS A/K/A MARY THERESA MARCUS; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JAMIE DUMA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 104, BUILDING 3, OF SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005130515, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
