NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-005238NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH UNION PLANTERS BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and GEORGE GORDON BROWN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE GORDON BROWN, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are the Defendants.
The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via an online sale at www.Sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on April 30, 2012, in accordance with Fla. Stats. Chapters 45 and 702, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88 SHADOW LAKES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 67 AND 67-A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 pm of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
