NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001394 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and THOMAS M. ELLIS; THOMAS M. ELLIS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE THOMAS M ELLIS AND JEANNETTE ELLIS REVOCABLE JOINT TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 29, 2007; JEANNETTE ELLIS; JEANNETTE ELLIS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE THOMAS M ELLIS AND JEANNETTE ELLIS REVOCABLE JOINT TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 29, 2007; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE THOMAS M. ELLIS AND JEANNETTE ELLIS REVOCABLE JOINT TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 29, 2007; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A KIMBERLY ORSEP; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK E, GREER'S ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
