NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006341 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTIAN J. CRESPO, WANDA COLON CRESPOl UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 65 FEET OF LOTS 295 AND 296, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 65 FEET OF THE WEST 35 FEET OF LOT 294, CRESTLINE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
