NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 24th day of April, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit No. 8, CENTER GATE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 1, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1254, Pages 1844 through 1895, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, if any, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 11, Pages 26 and 26a, and all amendments thereto, if any, in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
