NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2012 and Order Granting Motion to Cancel and Reshedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 009931 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein PAUL R. GRISSOM, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PAUL R. GRISSOM REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED JUNE 3, 1982, is Plaintiff, and VOB ASSOCIATES, L.L.C., a Florida Limited Liability Company; THERAPY ASSOCIATES OF SARASOTA, INC., a Florida Corporation; and RONALD I. WEITZNER, RICHARD A. YONER and JEFFREY L.
