NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008183 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and PETER SUCHANEK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OFPETER SUCHANEK; CARLY LIMA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLY LIMA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK; THE VILLAGES AT PINE TREE HOA, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 1 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3179, VILLAGES AT PINETREE PONDEROSA ENCLAVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
