NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2010-CA-006337 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 24th day of April, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 119, BUILDING “EE”, PHASE 7, FAIRWAY OAKS, (F/K/A PAR 72), A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 915, PAGES 837 THROUGH 861, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING AMENDMENT TO CHANGE NAME RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2159, PAGE 2508, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 38, 38A AND 38B, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THAT PART OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS TAKEN BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOR ROAD PURPOSES IN ORDER RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2038, PAGE 2785, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
