NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 000489 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Geoffrey D. Morris and Pamela R. Morris v. Virlyn B. Moore, III, Alice G. Moore; Hamilton Commercial Condominium Association, Inc., and The Department Of The Treasury-Internal Revenue Service, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 7th day of May 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit A, HAMILTON COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2020, Page 614, and any subsequent amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 27, Pages 7 and 7A through 7C, and as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
