THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT C, BUILDING 205, BEACON LAKES CONDOMINIUM 5-C PHASE 2, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BEACON LAKES CONDOMINIUM 5-C, PHASE 2, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 783, PAGE 172, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 52 THROUGH 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4450 Chart Court, New Port Richey, FL 34652, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., on May 7, 2012, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
