NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit 12, Building 7, SUNNYBROOK III, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and any amendments thereto, and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as recorded in O.R. Book 1430, 1326, et. seq., amended in O.R. Book 1448, Page 25; O.R. Book 1483, Page 1158; O.R. Book 1515, Page 764; O.R. Book 1813, Page 794 and O.R. Book 1813, Page 807, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 144 through 146, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4821 Myrtle Oak Drive, #12, New Port Richey, Florida, 34655-4612.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 16, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
