NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010472ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, Plaintiff, and, LEDFORD, JEFFREY L., et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 25th day of April, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 62, AUTON WOODS RE-PLAT UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 92-93 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 15.00 FEET THEREOF.
