with a street address of 5819 13th Street, Zephyrhills, Florida 33542, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before May 7, 2012 (or within thirty (30) days after the first publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 38053 Live Oak Ave., Dade City FL 33523, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
