NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. Case No. 51-2008-CA-007632ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and MARTHA WEBB; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR REMI CAPITAL INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTHA WEBB N/K/A JOSE ZULUGA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 25th day of April, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 4, MEADOW POINTE IV PARCEL “M”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 21 THOUGH 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
