NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010824ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER HOLLOWAY; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; DANA HOLLOWAY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of April, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Said Section 27 and run thence West, 163.00 feet thence South 25.00 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence South, 203.71 feet; thence West 208.71 feet; thence South 26.29 feet; thence West, 279.00 feet; thence North, 230.00 feet; thence East, 487.71 feet to the Point of Beginning.
