Duarte a/k/a Leana Duarte are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on April 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 969, COLONIAL HILLS, UNIT FOURTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
