NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-001594WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Registred Holders of NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-2 NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2, Plaintiff and Dawn Tenice Elliott are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on April 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 47 AND 48, BLOCK 8, CORRECTED MAP OF UNIT NO. 1 GRIFFIN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 36-36A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
