Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida described as:

A portion of Lots 4, 5 ,6 and 7, GULF BREEZE MANOR, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 65 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the platted Southeast corner of Lot 4 of said Gulf Breeze Manor; thence North 89º 16' 35” West, 32.00 feet along the platted South boundary line of said Lot 4 to the West Right-of-Way line of U.S. Highway #19 as now established; thence continue North 89º 16' 35” West, 1164.33 feet along said South boundary line to the Southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence North 01º 33' 27” East, 290.80 feet along the East Right-of-Way line of 1st Isle as now established to the Northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence South 89º21'27” East, 1161.53 feet along the North boundary line of said Lot 7 to the West Right-of-Way of U.S. Highway #19 as now established; thence South 01º00'00” West, 292.42 feet.
