NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure of SunTrust Bank entered in the above-styled case, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, on May 29, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
Commence at the NW corner of Section 12, Township 26 South, Range 21, East, Pasco County, Florida, thence run S. 89º36'15” E., along the North line of said Section 12, 20.0 feet to the Easterly R/W line of 20th Street, thence run South parallel with the West line of Section 12, along said Easterly R/W line 755.97 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue South 144.30 feet, thence S. 88º53' E., 260.00 feet, thence N. 0º00'42” E., 145.97 feet, thence N. 89º15'W., 260.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS the East 5 feet of said lands; THENCE EAST 135.00 FEET ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The Property or its address is located on a street commonly known as 5820 20th Street, Zephyrhills, Florida 33542.
