YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit 9694E, of Baywood Meadows Condominium, hereinafter referred to as the “CONDOMINIUM”, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1211, Pages 792-988, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida;
more commonly known as 12055 Environmental Drive #5, New Port Richey, Florida 34654.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Leonard J. Mankin, PA, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2535 Landmark Drive, Suite 212, Clearwater, FL 33761, witthin thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. on or before May 7, 2012
