LUCIA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL S. LUCIA N/K/A ROBERT E. LUCIA; DEVERE M. KISS; IVY LAKES ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNCOAST CROSSINGS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on May 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
