NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 19, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 51-2008-CA-010914-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-81, is the Plaintiff and DEVINDRA SINGH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on April 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
