Unit L-103, Beachwalk Gardens, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1235, Page 2065-2149, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on David S. Ged, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6622 Willow Park Drive, Suite 202, Naples, FL 34109, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
