MORRISON; MICHAEL HEBERT; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A BRYAN MERGUSON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A NATALIA MERGUSON are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on May 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
