NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-023888-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FKA BANKERS TRUST is the Plaintiff and SHARDA M SEEGOLAM A/K/A MADHUDRI SHARDA RAMJAS A/K/A SHARMA SEEGOLAM; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; NAIPAUL SEEGOLAM; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 14th day of May, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK G, PINE HILLS MANOR NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK S, PAGE (S) 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
