NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated April 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-010330-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JUSTIN G. MEADOWS, TOWN HOMES OF WINTER GARDEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, HEATHER ABAIRE and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on June 4, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
