Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association is Plaintiff. Caldwell Marketing & Media, Inc., a Florida corporation; Sheri Caldwell, an individual; and The Preserve Business Center Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation are Defendants. Units 12 and 14 The Preserve Business Center, A Condominium, Together with an undivided interest in the land, common elements and common expenses appurtenant to said unit, All in accordance with and subject to the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Terms and other provisions of that certain declaration of Condominium filed July 11, 2006 in the Official Records Book 8746, Page 2815, all of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
