Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-26054-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC. CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and ALAN ABABON, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 3, OF HUNTER`S CREEK TRACT 550, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, AT PAGES 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 3rd day of May, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
