NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 013939 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and CYNTHIA A. AUSTIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CYNTHIA A. AUSTIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BEL-AIRE PINES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
